Update Your Xplore Local App for a Better Experience

We've been working away over the past few months to improve many of the Xplore Local app's features and create a more reliable, performant, and interesting platform. 

We're excited to have welcomed some new towns to our network lately, including Bagenalstown in Co. Carlow which launched last month. We also have a couple more launches on the cards this summer, with some well-known towns set to join the Xplore platform shortly!

We know it's important for you to stay connected with your locality, but we also recognise the importance of being able to tune in to what's happening in communities around you, too. 

That's why Xplore Local will never be just about one town or one county. Our aim is to allow you to experience and discover the best of what your town has to offer — and then, with a click of a button, dive into the stories, people and landscapes behind towns on the other side of the country.

With our latest update, we have made it easier to interact with your town while browsing the app, with improvements to the interface, a more user-friendly menu, and greater design consistency across the board. 

We’ve also stamped out a few bugs and increased the overall stability and usability of the app.
