New Calendar and Christmas Cards on Sale Now

The scenes depicted in the 2021 Fermoy Calendar — shot and compiled by Frank Morgan Studios — offer a space to reflect on the sheer beauty of Fermoy town and surrounds as we head into the new year.

The calendar encapsulates Fermoy´s charm in images of our iconic bridge, the town itself, woodlands and trails, and more. Printed in ‘scrapbook’ size, or 23 x 34cm, each month highlights a different photo, while 4 poetic lines of our so-called Fermoy anthem by Kate Dowling grace the back cover.

A handful of the calendar photos also feature in a set of 4 Christmas cards designed by Breeda and Helen. Each card depicts a single image, including the Fermoy bridge, St. Patrick´s church spire, the Corrin cross, and a stunning shot of early morning rowers on the River Blackwater.

During the lockdown last Spring, Breeda and her sister Helen set out to explore and capture the gorgeous natural landscapes we’re lucky enough to have at our doorsteps. As a result, all of the photos included in the calendar and on the cards were taken within a 5km radius of the town, making it a truly authentic snapshot of the place we call home.

The calendar retails at €10, while the cards are €2.95 each or €9.99 for a pack of 4. Both items are currently available to call and collect from Frank Morgan Studios, as well as in a number of other local outlets
