Home Store for bedding, homeware, curtains, bed and bath linen, stylish home furnishings and fashion at discount prices. Michael Guineys first opened its doors in 1971 on Thomas Street in Dublin. Guineys’ success in Dublin led the company to open its first store outside of the capital on Oliver Plunkett Street in Cork city centre in 1992. Guineys has introduced Menswear, Ladieswear and a Baby & Nursery Departments in more recent times - offering the same quality of ranges as found in our growing Bedding and Homeware sections. The move into Munster was followed by new stores in Tralee, Waterford, Limerick and then Castlebar in 2008, while the company’s online store was launched in 2012. From Egyptian Cotton Bed Sheets, soft touch Duvet Cover sets, Pillows and Blankets to Ready Made Curtains and Curtain Poles, Guineys is synonymous with great value and quality products and we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service to everyone.
