Tamarind Tralee is a family-run restaurant specialising in Authentic Asian Cuisine since 2005. It is the first award winning restaurant in this region. The menu has evolved over the years to keep up with the ever-changing concept of food. However, what is forever constant is the quality; Proprietor and Head Chef Andrew Ong, himself a passionate food fan, utilises only the freshest ingredients and sourced locally if possible; imported if necessary.
