Tralee Bay Maritime Centre & Sailing Club

Formerly known as the Tralee Bay Sailing School, the Maritime Centre opened its doors in June 2016 to provide a wide range of maritime activities. Strategically located in Fenit just 7 miles west of Tralee (Kerry), the centre has direct access to some of the best waters of the west coast of Ireland. We think we are located in the best sailing bay in Ireland! The summer sailing school is operating on a commercial basis, with very high standards of safety and training, delivering on ISA ( Irish Sailing Association) dinghy courses from beginner to advanced sailors of all ages. The offer has grown to an all year round activity with the introduction of Performance sailing and corporate offers as well as Transition Year packages. Courses are currently limited due to the pandemic. But maritime activities are more than just sailing and the centre offers a wide range of products and services ranging from power boating, angling, sea safaris, kayaking, surveying, consulting and a series of shore-based courses.
