Saturday Pizzas started on the first weekend in May 2008 when Philip Dennhardt - who learnt from the pizza maestros of Italy - decided to make handmade pizzas in the wood burning oven at the world-famous Ballymaloe Cookery School. Since then Saturday Pizzas has garnered a cult following and is an institution for pizza lovers. You can pick up your very own Saturday Pizza every - you've guessed it - Saturday from 12.30pm to 4pm at Ballymaloe Cookery School.
