A brand new restaurant in Killarney town centre is going down a treat with foodie fans as the tasty Japanese menu is whetting appetites. MIZU, which can seat 100 and offers a take away option, opened its doors in March. Since then locals have been raving about the newest addition to the town's ever growing culinary offering. The owners are husband and wife team Jenny Yi Lin and Eddie Chok Fong Ong. Jenny is from China and Eddie is Thai and Malaysian. They felt there was a niche locally for Japanese food which is where the idea for MIZU came about and the locals seem to agree.. Popular items on the menu sushi, tempura, ramen, kushiyaki and beef burgers, duck and steak.
