<h3>Two well-known town centre cafes closed without warning this week with the loss of up to 16 jobs.</h3>
Sister businesses Jam Caf&eacute; and The Crepe House on Old Market Lane did not open on Sunday morning as expected.
 Jam, which has had several different owners in recent years, has had a difficult past.
 It reopened in October 2021, as part of the TOBA Restaurant Group after the original company fell into trouble. The Cr&ecirc;pe House Killarney opened around the same time as an alternative to Jam, serving coffee and waffles and catering for a younger crowd.
 Current management separated from TOBA around November last year.
 The Killarney Advertiser attempted to contact current management but did not get a response.
 It is understood that up to 16, both full-time and part-time jobs, have been lost as a result of the closures.
