<h3>A third arrest has been made as part of the investigation into the fatal assault of Killarney man Thomas Dooley last week.</h3>
<p>The man, aged in his 40s, was arrested yesterday evening (Monday) and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Tralee Garda Station.</p>
<p>Mr Dooley died following an assault in Rath Graveyard, Tralee while attending a funeral.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The local investigation team has been assisted by specialist investigators attached to the GNBCI.</p>
<p>A second man, also aged in his 40s, who was arrested last week, has also been charged and appeared before a special sitting of Kenmare District Court on Saturday.</p>
