<h3>Fifth Year students did both Kerry and St Brigid&#8217;s extremely proud with their presentation on &lsquo;Improving Farm Outcomes Through Education&rsquo; at the EU Parliament.</h3>
<p>Abbie Daly, Alanna Brady and Kate Donoghue&#8217;s project was selected by Certified Irish Angus Beef, ABP and Kepak.</p>
<p> Members of European Parliament Colm Markey and Deirdre Clune were very interested in what the girls had to say.</p>
<p> As well as this exceptional achievement, Abbie, Alanna and Kate were given a tour of a butchery school in Bruges and meat cutting preparation was demonstrated.</p>
<p> They also presented to students of this school. This proved to be another memorable experience along with a tour of Bruges where waffles were sampled and Belgian chocolate was a must as a topping!</p>
