Spa clubhouse packed for book launch

Spa GAA’s clubhouse was packed to the rafters on Friday night last (December 2) when the club had the honour of hosting the launch of Donie O’Sullivan’s new book.

“A Footballer, Once’ was written by Donie O’Sullivan and Jimmy O’Sullivan Darcy and was published by Hero Books.

There was a great turnout from the local community and GAA members from far and near on the night.

MC Ger Galvin welcomed everyone and speakers on the night were Spa Chairman Michael Cronin, Guest of Honour Michael Gleeson, Liam Hayes of Hero Books  Donie O’Sullivan, and finished with a song from Sean Ó Sé.

The book is on sale on Amazon, where it is available as an eBook, paperback and hardback.
