<h3>They&#8217;re there for some sound advice when needed so it&#8217;s no surprise that one local pharmacy is up for not one &#8211; but two &#8211; national awards.</h3>
Kennelly&rsquo;s Pharmacy have made it to the final three of the National Independent Pharmacy of the Year Awards and staff member Luke O&#8217;Shea is also a finalist in the Community Pharmacist of the Year Award category.
 The awards night will take place on Saturday May 21 in the Burlington Hotel Dublin during a black tie event. This year, the awards will serve as a salute to all the community pharmacy staff and teams, working at the frontline, who have gone above and beyond during unprecedented challenges and under immense pressure.
 &#8220;The Irish Pharmacy Awards recognise excellence and innovation,&#8221; Emma O&#8217;Connor from Kennelly&#8217;s Pharmacy said.
&#8220;That recognition is now especially more meaningful in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Never has there been a better opportunity for the industry to get behind the frontline and show their appreciation. These awards are not just a celebration of success, but a platform of gratitude.&#8221;
