<h3>A combined fundraising effort saw a massive &euro;5,000 raised for a children&#8217;s cancer charity, thanks to the good work of a local hotel.</h3>
Staff, management, the owners and even guests got in on the kind-hearted gesture all in aid of the Irish Childhood Cancer Foundation.
&#8220;We at Hotel Killarney are very proud and happy to announce that we were able to raise much needed funds for the Irish Childhood Cancer Foundation throughout the month of September,&#8221; Louise Daly from Hotel Killarney, said.
&#8220;We hosted a series of events throughout the month in all areas of our hotel, and our staff and management, as well as our guests&nbsp;all got involved. Combined with a donation from the Crimmins family of Hotel Killarney we have raised &euro;5,000 for this amazing charity. We are absolutely thrilled with the amount raised.&#8221;
She added that they are delighted to know that the funds will now go to vital services that the childhood cancer foundation provides.
&#8220;We would like to thank all the Crimmins family, management, staff, and guests who have donated throughout September.&#8221;
