<h3>This week Glenflesk GAA Club paid tribute to former player Conor Daly, saying they&#8217;re shocked and saddened by his sudden and untimely death.</h3>
Conor, from Shronedraugh, Headford passed away unexpectedly at his home last Thursday.
&#8220;He was an outstanding wing back for our Senior team in the club&#8217;s golden era, playing alongside footballing legends Seamus Moynihan and John Crowley,&#8221; Seamus Healy from Glenflesk GAA said.
&#8220;Conor won five O&#8217;Donoghue Cup medals, a County Junior medal, an East Kerry Minor medal and the coveted Millenium Cup medal, and many more under age medals. Conor always gave one hundred percent when he donned the blue and gold and inspired everyone around him, definitely one of the most passionate players our club has ever seen. Off the field Conor was a great character, funny and witty never a dull moment, and a great friend to have on your side. Sincere condolences to his brother Tim, sisters M&aacute;iread, Marion, Regina and his extended family. May Conor&#8217;s soul Rest in Peace. Ar dheis D&eacute; go raibh a anam dil&iacute;s.&#8221;
Conor&#8217;s funeral took place at the&nbsp;Sacred Heart Church Barraduff on Monday morning and he was laid to rest&nbsp;afterwards in Kilquane Cemetery.
