<h3>Today (Friday) is the start of a three day event at the Outlet Centre to raise funds for the HeartBeat Cardiac Patients Support Group.</h3>
There will be lots of bargains in glassware and household utensils, books, pictures, ornaments, chess sets &#8211; even a lawnmower at HeartBeat&#8217;s Rid and Bid fundraiser.
 The stars of the show have to be three unusual hampers to be raffled at 4pm on Sunday. The first prize hamper is worth &euro;450, second prize hamper is worth &euro;200 and third prize is a hamper of cosmetics, and creams for both females and males worth &euro;150.
 Get your free blood pressure and pulse checked by the HeartBeat nurses who will be available on today (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) from 11am to 5pm and Sunday 12noon to 4pm.
 &#8220;The HeartBeat Strutters Walk Group is part of HeartBeat&rsquo;s activities. Led by specialist in cardiac exercise, Kevin Murphy, part of the money we hope to raise will go to light exercise equipment for the benefit of all our walkers with their warm up exercises,&#8221; Billy O&#8217;Sullivan, Chairperson of HeartBeat, said.
 &#8220;We are at the Killarney Outlet Centre this Friday, Saturday and Sunday and you are invited!&#8221;
 HeartBeat produces a monthly newsletter 11 months of the year which is a free publication full of health tips and news of the many experts who come to the monthly meetings.
 &#8220;You can sign up for it online or via An Post at this event. Our meetings are open to everyone.&#8221;
 He also added &#8220;a huge thank you to everyone who donated items&#8221; over the last week or so.
