<h3>Kerry&#8217;s Centre of Excellence will host a fundraiser for two very worthy local cancer charities.</h3>
There are very few families that haven&rsquo;t been touched by the services offered by the Kerry Hospice Foundation and the Palliative Care Unit at UHK.
These are the two recipients of the novel Art Sale &amp; Raffle that will take place next Friday (September 2) at the GAA Centre of Excellence in Currans from 6.30pm.
Like all charities they were badly hit over the last two years when fundraising activities were reduced to a minimum.
So now a number of local artists have come together to donate some of their work, free of charge, to be sold on the night where bargains are guaranteed!
The organisers have also kindly donated a number of very tempting prizes that will be won by those lucky enough to have their raffle ticket pulled out on the night.
&#8220;This hugely impressive venue is the training home of many of our hugely successful Kerry GAA teams so you will be walking in the footsteps of this year&#8217;s Sam Maguire winners as well as many other stars of the Green and Gold,&#8221; Padraig Harnett&nbsp;said.
&#8220;So come along to the GAA Centre of Excellence, have a look at the art and make an offer on what you like, chance your luck in the raffle, enjoy the refreshments on offer all in the knowledge that every cent raised on the night will go to the Kerry Hospice Foundation and Palliative Care Unit UHK.&#8221;
