<h3>The sum of &euro;2,000 was handed over to charity last Tuesday thanks to kind-hearted members of a cycling club.</h3>
<p>25 members of Tralee Manor West Cycling Club took on the Ring of Kerry in aid of Down Syndrome Kerry (DSK) in July. They had a beautiful day for the trip and raised the funds which was presented to Yann O&#8217;Carroll and Sophie Mai Pierce of DSK last week. The cheque was presented by Tom Kenny of Tralee Manor West Cycling Club.</p>
<p> &#8220;We are so grateful to all these cyclists for taking on the Ring of Kerry on such a hot day and raising these vital funds for us,&#8221; Catherine Doyle, DSK secretary, said.<br /> &#8220;It has been an extremely difficult year for charities and fundraising events such as these allow us to keep our branch going. Thank you from all at Down Syndrome Kerry.&#8221;</p>
