<h3>The Killarney Valley Classic and Vintage Club’s (KVCVC) first Classic Tractor run since April 2019 will raise funds for Kerry Mental Health Association.</h3>
The run, scheduled for October 17, will depart from the club’s new ‘Vintage Shed’ on Lewis Road and travel to the communications mast near Coolick in Kilcummin, where participants will enjoy views of the wider Castleisland district and Killarney Valley, weather permitting.
It is been organised by KVCVC’s Tom Leslie and Sean Cronin and drivers can help the fundraiser by making a donation in lieu of an entry fee.
“We haven’t done anything for 22 months,” Tom told the Killarney Advertiser. “We hardly recognise the tractors.”
Meanwhile the club is in the process of putting the finishing touches to its new ‘Vintage Shed’ and will officially launch the new facility in the next two weeks.
