Women gathered at the&nbsp;BEO&nbsp;Health &amp; Wellness day in the Great Southern Killarney to hear the latest news and advice when it comes to&nbsp;health and wellness.&nbsp;
BEO was hosted by former Fair City actress Aoibhin Garrihy and Sharon Connellan, founders of the BEO brand who have an ambition of advising the best way to live life well.&nbsp;
They offered a day filled with informative talks focusing on health and wellness&nbsp;from some of Ireland&#8217;s leading advocates.
Speakers at the event included Tara Rafter from The Navigation Coach, Pharmacist Laura Dowling, artist and&nbsp;cancer survivor Stephen Farrell, and Chef Trisha Lewis.
Local singer and&nbsp;pianist Lily MacMonagle serenaded guests upon arrival while guests dined on an array of healthy options throughout the day.
