<p> Bird&#8217;s Funfair hosted its annual Children&#8217;s Carnival for the first time since 2019.</h3>
<p> One of the highlights of the Carnival was the nomination of a local hero.</p>
<p> Through the Killarney Advertiser, Bird&#8217;s Funfair invited local children to name their hero.</p>
<p> &#8220;It was fantastic to be able to hold it again this year,&#8221; Laurie Bird told the Killarney Advertiser.</p>
<p> &#8220;The children&rsquo;s local hero that was nominated through the forms printed in your magazine, is David Clifford, we received a lot of nominations for him.&#8221;</p>
