<h3>Wine lovers can now journey through 50 of the best wine regions of the world with a tasting tour in The Brehon Hotel.</h3>
<p>Restaurant Manager Micael Musoni and Head Chef Chad Byrne, together with some of the world’s finest wineries and local food producers, will host a series of tasting events at The Brehon throughout 2022.</p>
<p>South Australia’s Adelaide Hills and the McLaren Vale regions are the first ports-of-call. The best wines from Shottesbrooke and Angove Chalk Hill wineries will be paired with a selection of local cheeses, breads and compotes including Wilma&#8217;s Killorglin Farmhouse Cheese.</p>
