Breagagh Valley Artisan Meats, established in 2013, is an independent Kilkenny-based company founded by George Navratil. With a background in Meat Technology and Processing from Prague, Czech Republic, George's experience as a senior butcher and production supervisor in a deli meat factory shaped his passion for charcuterie. Initially trading at farmers' markets, we later supplied signature smoked sausages to local businesses. In 2017, our butcher shop opened in Newpark Shopping Centre, Kilkenny, offering top-quality local meats, free-range chicken, artisanal pastries, organic vegetables, Irish cheese, and more. We proudly feature exclusive Wild About products. Distinguished by our premium charcuterie, our shop boasts a fully automatic smoker for crafting smoked sausages, hams, and salamis with high meat content and no artificial additives. We shun artificial antioxidants, stabilizers, flavor enhancers, and preservatives, relying only on sea salt and garlic. This ensures a natural look and suitability for all, even children. Our products, filled in natural casings and sourced from local meat, exude quality. Additionally, they are gluten-free, catering to diverse preferences.
