The lunch menu, continually updated, offers fresh gourmet salads, soups, and sandwiches on sourdough baguettes or artisan bread. The Lab, located just two doors down from the patisserie, is the creative space where Laura and Rory continuously innovate and refine their assortment of desserts, pastries, and other delicacies. Feel free to peek through our windows to catch a glimpse of the action. OUR BREADS For those with a love for bread, our selection will delight. We either bake our own or source from incredibly skilled local bakers. Experience the flavoursome sourdoughs from Seagull Bakery, Tramore, and the unique Irish Ale Bread from Arbutus, Cork, all of which you can take home. OUR COFFEE We're passionate about coffee. We persistently source specialty coffee roasters to collaborate with, ensuring every cup we serve is an extraordinary experience.
