<p>A new initiative designed to enhance creativity, health and wellbeing in Kilkenny launched recently, with the aim to use singing, music and creativity to improve self expression and confidence.</p>
<p>Living Artfully is an innovative project designed to celebrate existing skills, nurture new ones, and is a therapeutic intervention to enhance participants' lives.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The programme fosters creative, healthy, and beneficial habits, using various art forms including music, song, movement and creative practices.</p>
<p>It is available to service users and staff from Traveller Support Services, Dementia Friendly Services, Mental Health Services, Cancer Support Services, Integration Teams, Social Prescribing Services and the HSE.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This is a groundbreaking joint initiative between Kilkenny and Carlow County Councils and is funded by Creative Ireland.</p>

Through Creative Ireland Kilkenny, we aim to meet the needs of our communities by collaborating with local agencies and partners.&nbsp;</p>
<p>"We eagerly anticipate its growth in Kilkenny and Carlow over the next two years. We are committed to supporting artists as equal partners throughout this process, fostering a community of practice that will provide valuable insights for future projects based on evidence-based practices in care settings.”</p>
