Hennelly's Bar

Hennelly’s Bar is a family-owned and run establishment and one of the most popular and welcoming pubs in town. It offers Sky Sports for those locals who follow rugby, racing and other sports not on regular Irish television. The pub has an open fire for those cold wet evenings and the atmosphere in the bar ensures a warm friendly welcome at any time. On the premises is the Haggard Beer Garden, where summer evenings are livened up by frequent barbecues and live music and the area can also be used for private parties as required. On alternate Sundays, the Cottage Market Gort is held in the Beer Garden, offering locally produced crafts, food & live music. Saturday night sees a great live traditional music session in the pub, offering great craic and ceol til the end of the night. The pub has a team of loyal and passionate customers who play in the annual Darts League in town.
