YOGAMOVES is Gort’s newest yoga studio and aims to provide Gort and surrounding areas with top-class yoga for all levels, offering a variety of styles to suit the various needs of the community. YOGAMOVES is also the base and sister school of International Teacher Training school, Green Lotus Yoga. Carol Murphy is the owner and director of both GLY and YOGAMOVES. Carol used to live in the Burren, but moved to Cork 6 years ago. She has been using the centre in Gort for the past 3 years to hold the GLY teacher training in and recently decided to move back to the Burren with her husband and furry baby to open the centre full time for the public. The other teachers, Ruari, Maureen and Sara, that teach with Carol in the studio have all been trained with GLY. Together they provide a variety of classes that we hope you will enjoy.
