The character of ‘the sheep’ was chosen because of Galway’s location right on the edge of Connemara, where the sheep is an iconic image. Encapsulating the personality, quality and authenticity of the west through the familiar frame of the humble sheep, they’re hugely popular with tourists and locals alike. Within the store, you’ll find high-quality, locally produced wool and sheepskin products sourced from the West of Ireland that serve as a charming memento from our little corner of the world. Produced by hand in their upstairs studio, you can always drop in and watch these little sheep come to life.
