Casual dining overlooking Galway's historic harbour. Specialising in contemporary Irish food while maintaining a relaxed, atmospheric environment, Rúibín Bar & Restaurant is an ideal destination for a laid-back lunch or elevated evening of fantastic fare. Owned by Alice and Richard, the pair spent years travelling and gaining experience before making the decision to open their very own space, where Alice works off a local and seasonal-focussed ethos in the kitchen while Richard provides a warm Irish welcome out the front. Overlooking the historic docklands, the upstairs windows offer incredible views of the area that compliments the fresh, organic products utilised in each dish. While their day menu really packs a punch and always satisfies our cravings, we can never resist ordering a little something from their cocktail menu. From afternoon right through to evening, the standard of the food, drinks and ambience don’t slip for a second. Lunch menu served 12:00 PM - 2:45 PM, restaurant menu served 5:00 PM - 9:45 PM.
