Niche is a brand new eatery based in the Old Barracks (Vicar St, Tuam) serving up seriously good coffee, mouth-watering sandwiches and a range of fresh pastries and bread that are baked locally at the start of each day. They use speciality bread and delicious ingredients to make some of the tastiest sambos around. Seriously, one bite into the crusty bread and succulent fillings and you’ll be in love. For warming drinks, they don’t stop at fantastic coffee! The super-popular hot chocolate menu has been a real hit. It’s also the new home of The Burger Box, which was chosen by our followers as The Best Burger in Galway, so it’s sure to be your new favourite place to go for snacks, lunch and dinner!
