In 1995 the dream turned into reality with the opening of the first Milano restaurant in Dawson Street, Dublin. The first Milano soon became a favourite due to its relaxed and sociable atmosphere as well as for its fabulous pizzas and salads. The restaurant was frequently mentioned as a favourite meeting place of several modern Irish writers and artists. The demand for pizza perfection grew and Milano restaurants, each with their own distinctive personalities and styles, opened in Temple Bar, Cork, Galway, Limerick and beyond. Our Galway restaurant is situated a stone’s throw from bustling Shop Street. We’re a spacious restaurant, often described by visitors as an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of busy city life. We have a spacious reception area with 20 seats so you can relax and enjoy a drink before getting seated.
