Breakfast, lunch & dinner dishes to suit all tastes. Gourmet Food Parlour, situated in the heart of Salthill. With a group of restaurants in Dublin, originally established in 2006 by best friends Lorraine Heskin (Barna) Galway & Lorraine Byrne (Mayo) GFP Salthill is their first restaurant outside Dublin. Managed by local Connor Fleming, with Mark Tuohy as head chef. GFP offers jam-packed breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch & dinner (tapas & a la carte) menus with dishes to suit everyone’s tastes. With a focus on fresh good quality ingredients. Open 7 days a week. Some dishes you have to try: Breakfast: smashed avo, poached eggs and pancetta or huevos rancheros. Lunch: Irish Hereford beef burger or the Cajun chicken quesadillas Dinner: Tapas – Thai peanut chicken skewers, prawns pil pil A la Carte – Chorizo crumbed cod or 10oz rib-eye steak.
