The morning after last year's Christmas Party

Die Hard Electric Arcade, Dec 23rd, 8pm

There has been strong debate and a few sitting on the fence. Arguments have created giant rifts between family and friends. Nuclear missiles are being rigged as we speak…

Is Die Hard a Christmas movie or not? I can tell you the answer is yes...and if you think otherwise I can prove it with my in-depth analysis below that took years of film study to complete.

The first clue of Yuletide association is the setting. There’s a Christmas work party happening on Christmas Eve.

The second and most important clue is the accurate portrayal of Christmas goodwill shown by Bruce Willis' character John McLane. He travels thousands of miles to rescue his estranged wife from a disastrous Christmas Party. If that is not the epitome of the Christmas Spirit I don’t know what is.

Die Hard will be the last film of the year screened at Electric Arcade’s Movie Mondays.

Admission is free.
