Mount Gable in the heart of Joyce Country separates Lough Mask and Lough Corrib. The terrain is quite wet and the walk is roughly 6.5km long. If there is low cloud cover or rain, it is best not to attempt this walk with low visability. You should bring a walking pole, boots with good grips, and wellingtons. NO DOGS ALLOWED - SHEEP GRAZING
