The Three Towers Eco House & Organic Kitchen

The Three Towers Eco House and Organic Kitchen is a hidden gem situated within Slieve Aughty Centre, just 45 minutes away from Galway City. There you will discover a stunning 9 bedroom eco house with a spacious dining room and wine bar ideal for rural weddings, hen parties, birthdays and other celebrations. Next to the main eco house lies two eco-lodges perfect for couples and families. During your stay, dine on delicious organic food and drink, take part in activities such as horse riding, walking or cycling or simply sit on the decking and relax with a cup of fair trade organic coffee or glass of wine. Certified by Ecotourism Ireland and the Irish Farmers and Growers Association, the centre encourages you to get out and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings, so you won’t find a television or wi-Fi in your room! The Three Towers offers organic buffet lunches and dinners at 2 pm and 7 pm respectively. A café menu is also available between 12 noon and 4 pm. The new outdoor hot tub, placed overlooking the fields and forestry, offers a unique opportunity to admire the countryside with friends or a loved one. Their famous Friday night Pizza Parties run each week from Easter to October and are not to be missed. Throughout the year, the venue hosts workshops such as Wild Food Foraging, cooking demos, craft classes, wellness and much more.
