Xplore Fermoy Voucher - Good to Know

• When you buy a voucher it will show up in the vouchers section of the app or website once you are logged into your account. 
• If you buy a voucher for someone who has not already set up their account, they will receive an email asking them to create an account with the email address you have provided. 
• All vouchers take three working days to activate. 
• Check your spam folder. Sometimes emails may end up in a spam folder, if you are expecting a confirmation mail regarding a voucher and cannot find it, check your junk or spam folder. 
• Never share a screenshot of your voucher, treat it like cash.
