The eCommerce Community is offering time and expertise in solidarity with businesses struggling as a result of the Covid-19 emergency.

eCommerce Covid-19 Response

Suddenly the world looks very different as the Coronavirus emergency gathers pace. Shops and businesses are closing due to movement and safety concerns. In solidarity, the eCommerce community is coming together to help.
The eCAI has set up a Task Force directory to pair struggling companies who want to move online with volunteer mentors and services giving their time and expertise in solidarity.

Would you like to join in? 

Are you a successful eCommerce professional? Does your company have a service or product that can help these companies get online? We are looking for traders, services, designers, developers, fulfillers, marketers and consultants to join this campaign.

What do mentors do?

Mentors are paired with companies seeking non-commercial, unbiased advice and guidance. Each mentor gives a minimum of 5 hours consultancy per pairing. They can choose one or more pairing and spend more than 5 hours if required.

Can you contribute?

Companies can also contribute. Have you a service or product that will make it easier for these companies to get online? We are looking for hosting, domain names, delivery and fulfilment services, legal, marketing, development and design tools. These services should be offered for free or at greatly reduced terms.
