We believe Irish produce is special and worth celebrating. We are particularly keen on whiskey, beer, food and gin and love sharing our old favourites and new discoveries with people. Our whiskey, beer and food menus are seasonal and change regularly. Each of our main courses are matched with a beer or cider and our desserts are matched with a whiskey. Our monthly charity quiz is held the last Sunday of each month and covers all manner of esoteric subjects: collective nouns, Eurovision, Greek mythology and 1980s cartoon supervillians. We run regular tasting events in the pub which we publicise via twitter, carrier owl and our mailing list. We also offer tailored tastings if your curiosity is piqued. ​ We also have a whiskey and specialty spirits shop in Powerscourt Town Centre which carries loads of lovely whiskey from Ireland and abroad.
