The Irish Rock n Roll Museum is located in the heart of Temple Bar and tells the fascinating story of the Irish music scene over the past three decades. Portraits of famous Irish artists such as Sinéad O’Connor, U2, Phil Lynott, Rory Gallagher, Shane MacGowan, Christy Moore, Bob Geldof, The Undertones and Luke Kelly grace the walls outside the museum on The Hall of Fame. Visitors to the museum receive an Access All Areas pass where they can explore the backstage of a real-life music venue, The Button Factory, and working recording facilities where Glen Hansard’s Oscar Award–winning film Once was filmed and where the likes of Christy Moore, Rihanna, Will.I.Am and The Script have recorded.
