"Some cause happiness wherever they go; other whenever they go" (Oscar Wilde) Built in 1854, birth year of Oscar Wilde, Kilronan House is the one of the few remaining examples of this type of architecture that remains in Dublin City Centre today. Currently owned and operated by the Kinsella family for the past decade, Kilronan House has recently been lovingly upgraded to provide all of today’s modern conveniences, comfortable accommodation yet retaining all of the houses period features and old world charm including the original Waterford Crystal Chandeliers that are hanging the hallway and the dining room since the 1900’s. At Kilronan House, our priority is to make your stay a memorable experience and to offer you a home from home during your trip to Dublin. As a family operated guest house, we sincerely want our guests to experience the genuine warm, Irish hospitality that Ireland is famous for.
