Established in 1992 and now a Cork institution, Nash 19 is located in the heart of the City on Princes Street, a stone’s throw from The English Market, and is a home from home for many of its loyal customers. ‘Nash 19 is one of the true treasures of Cork City, a monument to simple, wholesome, unfussy cooking, based on fabulous, fresh, local produce. Of course, it takes time and trouble, most restaurants deal with just a handful of suppliers the difference here, apart from the careful, clear, detailed cooking, is taking that trouble.
