<p>I presented him with his second painting of mine.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The first one he has had hanging in his house and the Aras since 1997.</p>
<p>You could not meet a nicer man, what a gentleman.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Also heres your chance to have a look around the Aras, such an amazing place with so much history.</p>

<p>Great turn out   from our boxers all putting in great  effort in there training ahead of our tournament in 2 weeks keep up the great work guys&nbsp;</p>

<p>Works are progressing well on site in Cobh where the  Townmore site team are nearing completion on this important Primary Care Centre project.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The scaffold has now been removed, the external workspace has commenced and the internal fit-out is well underway across all three floors of this 2,555m² building.</p>
