<p>Our 18.5s start their South Munster League campaign following the coastline East to Youghal at 1pm, while our J1s head west along the coast to play Kinsale RFC in the semi final of the ONeill Cup, k.o. at 2.30pm. Best of luck to both teams.</p>

<p>It’s World Clean Up Day and some of our volunteers have already been out this morning even before our regular 10am meet up at Carrig House. Can you grab a bag and gloves and pick up any litter around the area where you live?</p>

<p>Thanks to all who attended the Holy Mass at the Mass Rock at Marlogue on the Cobh side of East Ferry, Friday evening remembering the Penal days when mass was prohibited. Thanks to all who prepared the area ad to those who made it all possible.</p>
