<h3>Miracle at the Pairc, that's what one supporter said after Gael Scoil scored 3 goals in a 4 minute period  late in the game to snatch the Sciath na Scoil title from a shell shocked Ballintotis, Midleton side at Pairc ui Chaoimh today.  Balllintotis led at the interval on a scoreline of 3 points to 1 raced away to a  9 point lead,  wiped out by the late  late show by the never say die Cobh pupils. <h3>&nbsp;The  pictures and over 100more on Cobh App Facebook page were for the benefit of the school and the families. I was gutted to be told leave the field before the game having been involved in Sciath naScoil for nearly 30 years and coached  many schools winners. This was the first time I was removed from the pitch. Following on from the same treatment at the Cork Primary school sports. I am approaching my 78 birthday and still have a passion for what I have been doing all my life. Today's episode has been very stressful for me now I have 2 groups discriminating against me although I was told today it was not personal. Both groups and all the newspapers I took pictures for some of which I established myself were glad as the schools and parents were, when very little publicity was been given. I have a National and international press card for many years, I'm not ignorant I know the rules. I worked in both parishes of the schools involved today and that added to my stress. Yesterday Sunday I attended the Munster under 10,12, 14, 16 and 18 Munster x country championships involving of 1,000 competitors and the organizers were delighted with the 100 plus pictures I captured.  I am involved with another school on Wednesday I returned from today's game just in time at 2.30! to help them out at training. I expect to be treated with courtesy on Wednesday. I have no problem with the Echo and Examiner but there are many other newspapers as well. Like the Youghal and Midleton news, the Southern Star, the Corkman, Vale and Mallow Star the Avondhu and Carrigdhoun and I have been contributing reports and and pictures for these for many years. They are being discriminated against. I am a fighter by nature but for good reasons and I take strong exception for being treated in such a way especially by a person I have always had respect for over 30 years. Where the authority comes from I would like to know.</h3>

<p>Ava, Caoimhe and Aisling competed in the under 16 girls race Ava qualified for the All-Ireland Championships as a member of the  the Cork team on Nov 20th in Donegal.<br><br>Munster Even Age ,U23 &amp; Novice xcountry Riverstick 23/10/22.<br>Tent was pitched up early for the dreaded wet forecast that was due to arrive but thankfully never showed up.<br>We had 10 athletes ready to give their all and that's just what they did in high calibre large fields in each race. <br><br>Alfie Cummins started the day very well in U 10 boys.<br><br>Next were Nell Marshall, Alison Brennan and Sarah Drumgoole in the girls U12.<br><br>Rory O Sullivan flying solo in the boys U12.<br><br>Bridget O Regan was next in Girls U14.<br><br>Daire O Leary in the U14 Boys.<br><br>Last out on the day was Caoimhe Carolan, Ava Chandler and Aisling O Leary in the girls U16. <br><br>Ground conditions were very muddy and sticky for all the athletes and we had plenty of drama with spikes stuck in mud, stitches for a few athletes etc… but it was a great competitive day that everyone will learn a lot from.<br>Performance of the day goes to Ava Chandler who ran a super race from start to finish and was also up an age.<br><br>Thanks to parents and coaches for all their help.<br><br>Onwards and Upwards.</p>
