Today we celebrate the Feast of St Therese of Lisieux-the little flower.
Therese of Lisieux is one of the patron saints of the missions, not because she ever went anywhere, but because of her special love of the missions, and the prayers and letters she gave in support of missionaries.
This is reminder to all of us who feel we can do nothing, that it is the little things that keep God's kingdom growing.
St Therese of Lisieux, pray for us

All in a Saturday morning to keep Cobh lovely.
SCOTTISH SNARE, TENOR & BASS DRUMMING 🥁
Rang a Cúig & Rang a Sé took part in a selection of snare, bass and tenor drumming workshops as part of our #InternationalMusicDay2022 celebrations! 🎶
World Champion drummers John Murphy and Daniel Mulcahy led snare drumming rudiment workshops in fifth classes with great interest! 🥁
Mr. Stephenson also engaged in a selection of bass and tenor workshops in sixth class where we explored "the heartbeat" and rhythmic importance of these instruments in march bands! ♥️
We were also delighted to have an impromptu performance from both Mr. Stephenson on bagpipes and Daniel Mulcahy on snare drum (who just about dodged the rain) after break time! 👏
Obair iontach, leaids!!
Well done to Elia, Emma, Sarah, Lucie and Isla who represented Cobh Camogie with their school Carrigtwohill Community College!
There’s nothing we love to see more than our girls representing the club at school and college level
