<p>Congratulations to Chloe in Rang 4 who had a very successful day at the Cobh Christmas Fayre yesterday! @cobhcommunitycentre_ 🎉<br><br>Chloe's day was filled with lots of support from her family, school friends and indeed the entire Great Island community! 🌟<br><br>All of the funds raised from Chloe's amazing art work will go towards the purchasing of new books for our school library which will benefit so many! ♥️<br><br>From all of us at BSRAC, we are so proud of Chloe and want to thanks both her and her family for creating this kind and innovative project! 🙌<br><br>Well done, Chloe!&nbsp;</p>

It's quite a big Island by Irish standards!<br><br>Today is Giving Tuesday, (Giving Tuesday, after the commercial days of cyber Monday and black Friday), any donations made online will be matched so the charity will receive double any amount you give. Link below…<br><br>The charity, Brighter Communities Worldwide was set up by past pupil, Maria Kidney. <p>Huge congratulations to our U16 Girls Basketball Team and their coach, Ms C. Murphy on winning their County Final today. <br><br>It was a very close game against Coachford College in Neptune Stadium with our girls winning by a 2 point margin. <br><br>Thanks Ms. Moriarty and Ms. Heffernan for keeping us all updated throughout the game. <br></p>

<p><br>The school powered by 10 of the squad who either reside in Cobh or play with Cobh, captured the Senior schools basketball title in Cork today defeating Regina Mundi. 41-38. It was fitting the star of show Irish International Amy Duggan with a brilliant 29 point  total ,capped a fantastic display with a three pointer from an acute angle to seal victory. They take on the same opposition again in the National competition. <br>Well done to all involved&nbsp;</p>
