All hands on deck and thanks to members of Rushbrooke Rowing Club Cobh joining us on the Cobh Community Challenge hour tonight we got lots of work done. Volunteers were litter picking and sweeping verges in town and the volume of cigarette butts week after week is really tiresome.&nbsp;
Out at the ferry the rowing club cracked on with giving the crash barriers a long overdue paint to brighten up this important arrival point to Cobh. The group were thrilled to be offered delicious 99’s from ‘Mama Bears’ in The Boatyard. Opening tomorrow for smoothie bowls and ice cream we wish them the very best of luck. Great to see plenty of bicycle racks out here and riverside seating from repurposed wood and pallets.&nbsp;
