<p>Coral Leisure, Ireland’s leading Leisure Management Company, and Coral Leisure Cobh are delighted to announce the signing of one of Ireland’s brightest international female athletes, Beibhinn Parsons, as their Brand Ambassador for 2023 and beyond. <br>Coral Leisure and Coral Leisure Cobh hope to support Beibhinn, on her journey through the upcoming 6 Nations and onto World Cup qualification in 2025 in England, as well as on her ongoing 7’s experience with the World Rugby 7s Series and hopefully onto Olympic glory in Paris in 2024.<br>Coral Leisure Operations Manager, David Moore says“Beibhinn is the perfect fit for Coral Leisure, a strong female athlete at the top of her game and a tremendous role model for all young people.”<br>Throughout her time as Coral Brand Ambassador, Beibhinn will visit all 9 Coral Leisure centres nationwide, including Coral Leisure Cobh giving hundreds of children in those communities, the opportunity to be coached by one of the superstars of Irish Rugby, and will hopefully inspire many of them to go on to become the best they can be themselves. <br>According to Managing Director, Siobhan Tighe, “Coral Leisure is deeply embedded in the communities in which we operate, and with Beibhinn herself having learned to swim in her local Coral Leisure centre in Ballinasloe and having trained in our gym there, she is ideally placed to demonstrate the value of the local Coral Leisure centre to the wellbeing and success of any young person.” <br>Coral Leisure Cobh look forward to welcoming Beibhinn to Cobh during her time as our Brand Ambassador</p>

<p>Beibhinn Parsons (born 30 November 2001) is an Ireland women's rugby union international. She plays wing for Blackrock College RFC, Connacht and the Ireland women's national rugby union team. She made her senior international debut in 2018 aged 16, making her the youngest player, male or female, to play senior rugby for the Irish Rugby Football Union.</p>

<p>If you drove in or out the Fota road in the last few weeks you can’t but have noticed the state of it ! Thanks to the ever persistent tossers, an accumulation of everything from vapes to cans, nappies to bottles,single use cups to food wrappers not to mention CDs. Do we sound like a broken record? <br>3 volunteers headed out early along this stretch as well as by IFI to gather the 13 bags of litter. Now the last of the leaves have fallen it would be timely for Cork County Council to clear the roadsides as well as trim the brambles to ensure safety for cyclists who are pushed out onto the road.
