<p>Under the baton of Paddy Mahony and the watchful eye of Juliet Bennett McCormick (friends@cobhhospital.ie) the Singersprepare for their Cobh hospital and Park Rd centre fundraiser.<br><br>The Cobh Military Veterans &amp; Friends “Pa-rum pum pum pum” Carol Singers will be performing some of the best known carols in aid of the Cobh hospital and Park Rd centre.<br><br>Why not join us on 16th December outside Cobh credit union at 4pm followed by the town square, in front of the massive Christmas tree, at 5pm.<br><br>and on the 17th December at the town square at 4pm for a few of your favourite Christmas carols.<br><br>All donations will be divided equally between these two great causes.</p>

<p>It’s on tomorrow Friday 🎅🏼🚑🚒🚜🚛🏎️ Cobh’s Santa Run  which starts in Ticknock Commercial Park. <br>There is also a great chance to visit all the vehicles and festive fun before the drive as it will be open to the public to view from 5.15pm - 6.15pm and will depart at 6.30pm. Why not view it from along the route and give them a big Christmas cheer and donate a few bob to  the Irish Red Cross Cobh Branch.</p>

<p>Calling all businesses in Cobh to light up the town with a festive window display, sponsored by Port of Cork  Winner will be announced Thursday 15th December.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Well done to our 1st Year Boys Soccer Team who won their match against Terrence MacSwiney Community College this week. <br><br>Some notable performances from Eoin, David, Jamie and Borys who all scored during the game, with Eoin scoring a hat-trick in frosty weather conditions. <br><br>Well done lads!&nbsp;</p>
