<p>Start the New Year with an exciting experience! New Year's Day swim at The American Pier in Whitepoint at 12.30 on Sunday. Come for a quick dip or to show support for the dippers and the campaign to repair the pier so that it will remain a focal point in Cobh.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Big news just in! Our very own Lucy Walsh has made the final squad for Basketball Ireland’s u16 team at only just 14 years of age. We are immensely proud of Lucy who has worked so very hard to excel at this national level. Well done to Lucy and to her family and club @cobh basketball for supporting her throughout the trials. We look forward to seeing Lucy in the Irish colours in the Four Nations Tournament in April 2023.</p>
