<p>Important info with Earth Coming to Cobh</p>

<p>With The Earth coming to Cobh in less than one month here is some useful information to note when visiting St. Colman’s Cathedral in June:&nbsp;</p>
<p>1-There will be no parking in the grounds of St. Colman’s Cathedral.&nbsp;</p>
<p>2-Parking will be available in our Cathedral Car Park (located behind the Cathedral) and along the Five Foot Way.&nbsp;</p>
<p>3-We would encourage visitors to use our local public transport links, the Cork to Cobh Train and the Cobh Connect Bus service.&nbsp;</p>
<p>We look forward to welcoming the world to Cobh this June in partnership with Belvelly Castle.</p>
<p>Please share it, it’s a must see for everyone!&nbsp;</p>

<p>Well done to Cobh U13 team on 3 in a row. Beating Mayfield 1-10 to 2-5. Then beating Killeagh with a fabulous score of 2-15 to 1-8 and finally beating Aghada 6-8 to 4-0</p>

<p>Our TY Class of 2022 had their end of year trip to Ballyhass last week. It was a great day out. Some highlights included the Aqua Park, Challenge games and the high nets!&nbsp;</p>
<p>Receiving the news our students had won a YSI Award was the icing on the top of a fantastic day of activities.&nbsp;</p>

<h3>Springfield Ramblers&nbsp;</h3>

<p>Fantastic performance from Springfield Ramblers U12 Division 8 squad  in their last game of the season in the cup.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Currently sitting top of Division 8 with promotion secured, the lads ran Ballincollig (who sit 4th in Division 4) all the way to extra time. Unfortunately , we just came up short.&nbsp;</p>
<p>A large squad of 20 players, the lads have continued to train all year week in, week out. Well done on a great season lads and big thanks again to the coaches who kept the lads going all year with support and encouragement.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Big thanks also to the other U12 groups coaches and players for coming up to support the lads.</p>

<p>Aoife Leahy contacted us when she was filming a few weeks ago in Cobh. As part of a college assignment she was tasked with making a documentary. She decided to focus on tourism in Cobh, Ireland and how the town’s success would be near impossible without the help of the community. We think she did a fantastic job and showed the whole community effort making Cobh such a welcoming place despite the challenges faced over the last 2 years. Well done Aoife 👏🏻👏🏻</p>
